Mangalore : A job fair is organised by Canara Engineering College, Benjanapadavu at the college on Sunday, May 10 and Monday, May 11. Seven companies namely Global Softtech, AG India, Tricx, A V Telehub, Bioxcel, Sea Chem Laboratories and Naseba will participate in the job fair.

Speaking to media persons on Wednesday, May 6 College Placement Officer Rashmi Bhandary said that in this time of recession, the companies have invited candidates to participate in the written test and interview without any cut off on per centage of marks. BE, MCA, MBA, MSc and BCA students of batch 2007, 2008 and presently passing out in 2009 from any colleges in the State are welcome to be a part of the job fair, she added.
